I don’t want to spend a fortune, how much does it cost to switch to TILL?

Even we don’t prefer that you spend a fortune on the product which is why we have designed our pricing model in such a manner that you can select the nearest plan depending on how big your business is. Our Lite plan starts from $468 and can go up to $1068 per annum for each store location. Custom quotes are available for merchants with 3 or more outlets.

Lite and Operate plan includes one free Register per outlet, but you can add as many Registers as you need based upon your requirement. To be safe, you’re best to start with a Free Trail by test driving the system without investing too much upfront. Cancellation of your subscription is possible even once you are up and running the operations.

I’m a very busy person, how much time does it take to set up Till?

This really depends on how big your business is and the number of POS products you have. Some merchants complete the process within an hour but if you have a lot of products, and you are looking for setting up your inventory too then it could take couple of days. We do understand time is money. In order to make setup process quick and painless, we highly recommend that you have all your data ready for setup, prepare the product list in an excel sheet before starting the process so this could speed up the Products upload in one go. If you need someone to walk you through the process, just get in touch with us and our support staff can best assist you to complete the setup.

I don’t live in Australia/India, does TILL work in my country?

TILL is a POS product that is built to cater merchants across the globe. We currently have offices in Australia and India. We also have clients in many countries around the globe.

I’m already comfortable with my current POS system, is TILL really a better option?

I have more than one store, will Till work for me?

I want to see TILL in action, is there anyone locally I can visit to see their store using TILL?

Surely, we can arrange your visit at our existing client location on request.

I like TILL but don’t know where to start, what should I do next?

I’m not a techie person, will I have a hard time migrating my products and customers to TILL?

No, it’s easy to migrate from an already existing POS to TILL POS by simply using Import/Export feature.

Hardware


Is Till compatible with my existing hardware?

It’s very likely that TILL will be compatible with your existing printers and systems you already have. We highly focus on making the app work with the best used POS hardware available in market.

The POS APP is compatible with Android, Windows 10 and IOS. Combinations of these devices would work too.

I don’t have a reliable Internet connection, can I still make TILL work for me?

While we highly recommend that you run TILL with a stable internet connection, we know that the web provider might let you down. That’s why TILL has an offline mode that gets enabled automatically letting you perform a number of tasks such as payments, transactions and printing. The data gets synced to the Reports once you are back online. However other features in back office management won’t be available when you are offline.

I need someone to come over and set up my POS system. Does Till do onsite visits?

Yes, we do offer Onsite visit services that include hands free setup (we take care of everything migrating products and customers) and one to one training. Get in touch with us to know more information.

I love our accounting software, does it integrate with Till?

Security


I don’t feel comfortable with web-based solutions, is my data safe in the cloud?

TILL doesn’t store any sensitive data like credit card information, so data breaches are highly unlike. As far as crashes or outages, our entire server is backed up to the hour and the local copy gets saved in the device where the app is installed ensuing that your data remains safe.

If anything, your data is actually safer when you store it in the cloud compared to saving it locally. Why? Because in case something happens to your devices, you’ll still be able to access and take control of your information using other devices that can login to TILL.
